“When we began looking at Tampa homes our Realtor spoke very highly of Steve and MaryAnne Wiltse and their company, Reflection Custom Homes. After living in the RCH we indeed bought and working with Steve, MaryAnne and Jessica for several months pre and post purchase we appreciate the opportunity to recommend them to others. We truly love the house they created for us. Our home is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally built (two recent devastating hurricanes have proven that)! There are many things that set RCH apart from other builders but a few to note might be: The extensive materials list that we received as new homeowners; all pertinent information about appliances, building materials and vendors were complied for us in large binders that we can reference as needed. All lights, keys, garage openers, remotes, etc were also labeled before our move in – a small but infinitely helpful task. Our house had special extras – like a built in air compressor in the garage, a flag pole installed out front and pretty wreaths already on the front door.
