Steve Wiltse | Owner
A problem-solver and passionate philanthropist, Steve thrives on building dream homes for families throughout the Southeast. He brings more than two decades of diverse expertise in residential home development garnered from holding leadership positions with prestigious firms such as WCI Communities, Levitt and Sons and Beazer Homes. As the co-founder of Reflection Custom Homes, he is dedicated to taking home building to the next level of excellence through transparent communication, creativity, innovation, and superior quality. When he’s not planning and developing, Steve loves spending time with his wife and furry kids, Sadie and Kash at their Georgia lake home.

Mary Ann Wiltse | Owner
Caring and compassion come natural to Mary Anne as she has been in the healthcare and senior living industry for more than 20 years. Working with the nation’s premier providers, Mary Anne has held key management roles in accounting, finance, operations and client relations. She brings this deep breath of expertise to Reflection Custom homes where she will lead operations and work with her team to ensure every home owner has a seamless and exceptional experience for their dream home. When she’s not helping others, Mary Anne loves restoring and repurposing old furniture as well as playing on the water, boating skiing and kayaking.

Jessica Staten | Interior Designer
Give Jessica an empty room and bare walls, and she will turn them into works of living art. With more than 20 years of experience in interior design, Jessica has helped numerous clients design their dream homes, from every size and scale, every style, small or large. As a third- generation interior designer, she spent her childhood helping in model homes, designing floorplans and exploring paints, colors and textures. She is a master at capturing each client’s personality to create a home that is thoughtful, livable and stylish. Away from her own home, she loves exploring local culture and cuisine, refurbishing vintage finds, volunteering at her daughters’ elementary school, and cheering on the Florida Gators with her husband.
