Our family had the absolute privilege of working with Reflection Custom Homes (RCH) for our new build. Steve, Maryanne, Jessica and their entire team of contractors were nothing short of amazing! From the start, they were very transparent about the process, the cost, and the timeline and kept us updated throughout the entire construction period. We had multiple meetings both in person and over the phone and through Zoom in the beginning to discuss our needs, our budget, and our design ideas. The whole team was accommodating, understanding and very communicative. Steve would send emails every few weeks with the updated timeline so we always knew what to expect and the order things would occur. As the home neared completion, it became evident that no detail was spared – the finishes are stunning, high end, and timeless. After the home was finished, Steve and Maryanne ensured that we had every piece of information needed about the different components of the house – the model numbers, who to call, etc – they offered training on the different systems, and walked us through the home, giving us a tour and tutorial of how things worked. The team worked tirelessly to finish the punch list items, and always completed tasks in a timely manner, and with impeccable quality as well.
