This custom-designed home blends modern luxury with functional everyday living across approximately 3,740 square feet. Featuring 4 spacious bedroom suites, 4 full bathrooms, 1 powder bath, a private study, media loft, expansive outdoor living areas, and a porte cochere, the layout was thoughtfully designed for both entertaining and comfortable family life.

The first floor centers around a large open-concept great room with soaring ceilings and direct access to the covered lanai. The gourmet kitchen includes a large island with seating, premium appliance layout, dedicated prep kitchen with hidden access, extensive cabinetry, and an oversized dining area perfect for hosting guests.

A private first-floor guest suite with its own walk-in closet and full bath offers flexibility for visitors or multi-generational living. The front study creates an ideal work-from-home space, while additional features include a powder bath, drop zone entry, generous storage, and a tankless water heater tucked beneath the staircase.

Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a private retreat with stepped ceilings, a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub, oversized shower, dual vanities, private water closet, and a spacious walk-in closet.
